Comprehensive, gentle care for every age.

From your child's first tooth to a lifetime of healthy smiles — checkups, cleanings, fillings and crowns, all in one calm, friendly place.

General dentistry covers a wide range of services to maintain your overall oral health — from routine check-ups and cleanings to fillings and extractions. Preventive dentistry focuses on protecting your oral health before problems start, so small issues never become big ones.

Adult & pediatric dental exams

We perform a wide variety of exams and tests to address specific concerns, or complete comprehensive exams, for patients of all ages. We aim to educate patients about any areas of concern, discuss treatment options and their costs, and build a treatment plan developed specifically for each patient.

For our youngest patients, we recommend parents bring children in within six months of their first tooth erupting. We monitor their dental development, prepare them for what to expect, and show families how best to clean little teeth and prevent cavities and gum disease.

Gentle care for anxious adults & children

We welcome nervous adult and pediatric patients and work hard to create a comfortable, stress-free environment. There are TVs above each dental chair, and we take the time to walk you through each part of your exam and treatment at a pace that feels right for you.

Fillings & crowns

Fillings replace tooth structure damaged by decay (cavities), fractures or chips, or wear from grinding or acid. White or silver fillings can be placed depending on the situation.

Crowns cap over teeth to reduce the risk of fracture in weakened teeth — such as those with large fillings, root canals, or large chips or cracks. They can be made from porcelain, zirconia and/or metal.

Dental hygiene (cleanings)

Cleanings remove plaque, tartar and surface stains that cause yellowing, bad breath and diseases like cavities and gum disease. Plaque is a sticky film of bacteria that hardens into calculus (tartar); the bacteria produce acids and irritants that lead to gum disease.

Even with diligent brushing and flossing, plaque collects in hard-to-reach areas and hardens into calculus that requires professional cleaning to remove. Left to accumulate, it grows under the gums toward the bone, leading to bone loss that can cause recession, loose teeth and eventual tooth loss.

“But it doesn't hurt, so it can't be that bad, right?”

Gum disease usually does not cause pain until its later stages — by then, some irreversible damage may have occurred, and treatment can only preserve what is left. Regular exams and cleanings let us catch the early signs and treat them before permanent damage occurs. We monitor for gum disease, treat affected areas, and work with you on a personal oral-hygiene routine.

Common questions

When should my child first see a dentist?
We recommend a first visit within six months of the first tooth appearing. Early visits are short, friendly, and help children feel at home with the dentist.
How often should I come in for a cleaning?
Most patients do well with a checkup and cleaning every six months, but we tailor the schedule to your gum health and personal needs.
Do you offer white (tooth-coloured) fillings?
Yes. We place both white and silver fillings and will recommend the best option for the specific tooth and situation.

Let's take care of it together.

Book your visit in about a minute, or call and we'll be glad to help.
